Festive 'Five Star' Map

throughout the season loyalty members can take a jolly journey between the Five Star Collection venues, having a wonderful time celebrating, soaking up the festive spirit, and collecting Christmas baubles - to exchange for an amazing vouchers to spend with us in January 2026! All you’ll need to do is simply scan your loyalty / member code at the till as normal when visiting & ask to collect your bauble! Then the fisrt week in January the relevant voucher will be issued to all users to redeem throughout January (one voucher per user).

WHAT VOUCHER CAN I EARN & HOW?

Loyalty users must collect one or more baubles from each step on the Festive Map to receive one of the relevant monetary vouchers in January. T&C's for each step are stated in your loyalty wallet.

  • STEP 1 = £10 Voucher
  • STEP 1 + 2 = £20 voucher
  • STEP 1 + 2 + 3 = £30 voucher
  • STEP 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 = £50 voucher
  • ALL 12 baubles collected across the 3 venues = £100 voucher

COLLECT POINTS

To add points to your app account - provide your server with your unique 10-digit user code or scan the QR code displayed. Both found in ‘My Loyalty Card & Balance’ in the menu bar. Points will expire after 12 months.

REDEEM A GIFT

                  • Simply when paying, provide the member of staff with your discount/QR code - this will then be deducted from your bill.
                  • Loyalty gifts are redeemable Mon – Thur (unless stated otherwise).
                  • One loyalty app account may redeem gifts / collect points per table & only one voucher can be redeemed per visit (points must be collected at the time of sale)
                  • One stamp per card can be collected/redeemed per transaction 
                  • Five Star Collection reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
