COLLECT POINTS
To add points to your app account - provide your server with your unique 10-digit user code or scan the QR code displayed. Both found in ‘My Loyalty Card & Balance’ in the menu bar. Points will expire after 12 months.
REDEEM A GIFT
- Simply when paying, provide the member of staff with your discount/QR code - this will then be deducted from your bill.
- Loyalty gifts are redeemable Mon – Thur (unless stated otherwise).
- One loyalty app account may redeem gifts / collect points per table & only one voucher can be redeemed per visit (points must be collected at the time of sale)
- One stamp per card can be collected/redeemed per transaction
- Five Star Collection reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
