LOYALTY TIERS
- Bronze Loyalty Members: 250+ points
- Silver Loyalty Members: 1000+ points
- Gold Loyalty Members: 2500+ points
- Platinum Loyalty Members: 5000+ points
COLLECT POINTS
To add points to your app account - provide your server with your unique 10-digit user code or scan the QR code displayed. Both found in ‘My Loyalty Card & Balance’ in the menu bar. Points will expire after 12 months.
REDEEM A GIFT
- Simply when paying, provide the member of staff with your discount/QR code - this will then be deducted from your bill.
- Loyalty points/gifts are redeemable Mon – Thur and exclude school/bank holidays and any other special dates/festive period (unless stated otherwise).
- One loyalty app account may redeem gifts / collect points per table & only one voucher can be redeemed per visit.
- App points must be collected at the time of sale.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against accommodation.
- Five Star Collection reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion at any time.
